We understand that circumstances may arise where a refund request is necessary. Refunds may be considered under the following conditions:
- Service Delivery Failures: If we fail to deliver the services as outlined in the agreement or contract.
- Cancellations Prior to Service Commencement: If you wish to cancel a service before work has started, you may request a full refund.
Refund requests under these circumstances must be submitted within 14 days of the service order date, and the decision to approve a refund will be at the sole discretion of Dandelions Digital Marketing Prints Media.

If your refund request is approved, the refund will be processed to the original method of payment within 10-14 business days.
4. Print and Media Orders
For physical products, such as prints or media materials, no refunds will be issued once the product has been printed or shipped. If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 7 days of receipt, and we will provide a replacement or credit toward a future order, subject to review.
5. Late or Missing Refunds
